I am a women who knows how to be persuasive with my partner, and get him to do what i want sometimes, even through the history book you read about women who had the upper hand, being able to sway men towards their way of thinking using their seductive ways, (what power we have)....can anyone out there name some of the famous women and their lovers, who fell under their spell, eg Solomon and Sheeba.

Most often.... most men think with and are controlled by the wrong head. That, in and of itself is an entirely different issue....

Women, who are aware of this and take advantage of it or use that in ANY form for their own advantage, they themselves need to some serious counseling!!!

There's a fine and delicate "balance" wherein men and women can achieve happiness and find fulfillment in and with what both possess. That process is something which has been and will continue to be and ongoing struggle.

Its actually extremely sad to be aware of all the many examples of it throughout history and even more so to know that its still not any better now than it ever has been, with no end in sight.

Good luck and best wishes to both you and your "partner(s)", perhaps in time you will advance yourself enough not to be a part and/or allow of such things!

I understand the history part...but why do you find it so cool to "get your partner to do what you want"? It kind of negates the whole meaning of the term "partner"..don't you think? I know that when I see a guy doing whatever I want....I start to lose respect for him...nobody really loves or respects a "whipping boy"!
