I am like a housewife. I went to college and did great things and he hasn't but because I've been out of work for a month, suddenly, I have lost power. The relationship is no longer equal. And I used to have all the money and pay for everything and he was unemployed longer than me. Like five months. But I am now the lesser of the two. And he's only been paying for stuff three weeks. I just ran out of money paying for him.

If your relationship is a power struggle, then its not much of a relationship. At the very least you both need some serious counseling if you want to make this work

Sounds to me like your problems run a while lot deeper than who pays what. Time to get a handle on the real issues.

If you had a good paying job, why can you not get another one???? And why did you loose power because of loss of money??? Sounds like you should give that boyfriend a boot and yourself as well. Get going girl, you can do it!!!! You did it before!!!
