I look up teacher salary schedules all the time. I find them by finding the school district's website (through yahoo search or "google")
Usually the school district's site has a link for "jobs" or "salary" or something that will have it listed.

This is public information. Go to the idoe website and follow the links for that school system. You may have to get more specific than teacher's salary. You may have to enter the years experience with it.

You should be able to go to the specific school districts site. Look in the human resources pages. If not, you should be able to call the district and get it. Public teachers' salary scales are public knowledge.

I haven't been able to find teacher's salaries posted on line in general for most school districts. You might be able to call them.
