Usually, a good turn table with fairly decent speakers and a collection of tapes/discs is what the beginner starts with. Listed is a good site for DJ equipment. I have a Jockey friend who swears by them. Hope that it helps.

how you could grow to be a dj isn't to take it too heavily till you've discovered the mandatory skills and are constructive adequate on your blending means and know-how of dj equiptment.you do not opt to visit varsity you could study as a interest in the relax of your own residence. Many many usual dj all started like this and in no way had the different education except what they discovered themselves in thier mattress room.Ofcoarse the internet is extremely helpfull to augment your skills and to study the needs. once you constructive adequate on your means you could enter dj competitions to work out how nicely you could blend adversarial to people and in case your a good dj then people would signal you as an reputable artist : ) or in case you in common words opt to be a low element dj then you truthfully can purely use your own equipment and promote as a dj for social golf equipment e.t.c
