Someone that was probably jealous of him and his sucess.Or some stupid fool.Or maybe Notourious B.I.G. was in some gang related stuff at the time.But whoever it was must have been real stupid because they killed one of the greatest rappers alive.Same thing goes for the person that killed Tupac.
