press ctrl-alt-delete to bring up the task manager. That will show you how your memory is currently being used. If you want to know how much memory you have, then right-click on my computer and go to properties. It should say on the general tab what your system has

I usually go my task manager by hitting CTRL-ALT-DEL at the same time. Then I go to the Performance tab to check my CPU usage.

If you want to easily view it 24/7 then I recommend downloading goocal from google. You can get it from here:

You can have a little side bar that shows your memory usage on CPU and memory. It would display your info all the time.

It is not possible to check the memory usage. We can check the processor usage in the taskmanager.
To check the processor usage, right-click on your task bar and choose TASK MANAGEr, on the task manager, click the processes tab you can get the CPU usage information.
