In Task Manager.. Click on process tab and there you can find a column called mem usage... and In the performance tab also you can find the memory usage.

I have no idea. I just know of a program called Tune Up Utilities 2006. It has a Memory Manager, and that shows how much RAM you are using, and also free's up RAM on the spot. Works good when you are playing high end games, it keeps it running smoothly.

YOu can get the capacity also by RIGHT clicking on My Computer and Left Clicking on Properties. THe Total Ram will be in the lower right area, with the system specifications.

I usually go my task manager by hitting CTRL-ALT-DEL at the same time. Then I go to the Performance tab to check my CPU usage.
If you want to easily view it 24/7 then I recommend downloading goocal from google. You can get it from here:

You can have a little side bar that shows your memory usage on CPU and memory. It would display your info all the time.

that's not achievable to analyze the memory utilization. we are able to examine the processor utilization contained in the taskmanager. to analyze the processor utilization, acceptable-click on your job bar and choose job supervisor, on the job supervisor, click the procedures tab you'll get the CPU utilization tips.

right-click on your task bar and choose TASK MANAGEr, on the task manager, click the processes tab... on that window you'll see how much ram each application is using, for more info, click on the peroformance tab...you'll see more details... hope this helps you! njoy!
