We may have diffrent nationalitys but we are all members of the human race arnt we?

No, we are not "all the same race". The PC police are trying to redefine the term "race" to mean species. That's like saying that different breeds of dogs don't exist. They can all interbreed, so they are, by definition, the same species; however if bred correctly, the breeds remain seperately identifiable. If dogs were human, the PC police would say that a chihuahua is the same as a doberman, a collie is the same as a basset hound. You get the picture.
A medical professional can tell the race of a person by their skeleton, or even by just their skull.

Because they are trying to get an idea of what your hobbies or interests. Possible answers answers are:

1) Stock car racing
2) Horse racing
a) Thoroughbred
b) Sulky
3) Swimming

Etcetera.

This information is then used to determine if you will fit into the social structure of the place of business that you are trying to join.

This is either the correct reason or can you say the word QUOTA ?????

So someone can fill a quota saying they did their parts by hiring someone who may not be really competent to design that wing on an aircraft. Let's give em' the job cause their skin is some color...
