Do you mean dance parties in clubs where foam covers the partiers and everyone gets wet from the foam? If you can't find a party, rent a machine and have a party yourself. The site below links to rental companies, as well as a list of places nationwide that seem to have them. There seems to be something for teens at Club Groovy, but it doesn't sound like anywhere else - they all say too messy without a foam pit.
