In America (whites are the highest then who's 2nd and 3rd maybe 4th and 5th??)
like for example it could be 40% white ppl then in 2nd is ummm 20% blacks and so on

By definition, "majority" is a number greater than half of the total. It is therefore mathematically impossible to have another race that is also a majority.

The caucasian race makes up the majority. Because there are more of them word wide then any other race. Hispanics are catching up and blacks the two largest minorities.

How are Caucasians a majority? In todays society, there is a big mix of race's. I never call myself a Caucasian though I look white.
I guess I am looking for more clarity on this question.

You can only have one "majority." I think you need to be a bit more specific as to what you mean. I always thought that Mongoloids (oriental-asians) were the majority of the Earth's population.
