can someone give me tips on what clothes,shoes,nail polish,hair ideas,and make up i should do?im going into middle school and im 12

GR8 QUESTION, OK, FIRST YOU HAVE TO COME UP WITH A STYLE, YOU DIDN´T MENTION WHAT CITY YOU LIVE IN. FASHION VARIES FRON STATE TO STATE, IN MASS FOR EXAMPLE YOU WOULD HAVE TO LOOK KIND OF FANCY BUT RELAXED, WHIL EIN CALIFORNIA, ALL THAT MATTERS IS THAT YOU LOOK HIP!! BUY FASHION MAGAZINES AND PICK A STYLE!! AND REMEMBER, BE COOL AND STAY OUT OF DRUGS, DRUGS ARE NO COOL!!! THIS LADY HAS SOME GREAT STYLE, GO TO www.thalia.com and go into media, photo gallery!!

You are so young, but I understand what you want. Since you are 12, I would not wear too much makeup. Maybe curl your eyelashes and wear clear mascara. I would stick with light colors for your lips. Bone Bell has a lot of good lip glosses. If you want to wear stuff on your eyes, then I would stick with light colors as well. Glitter in different colors always looks nice on young girls. You can play that off. I think you should pick up a hair magazine with all the hottest ideas. As far as clothes, check out some websites like http://store.delias.com/frontpage.do
This way you can get some ideas, but you do not have to buy the clothes here. Nails, a french manicure always looks nice. Good luck and have fun at school.

Here's my advice, you may not like it, but here it goes:
Being popular isn't all that great. One time, when I was in middle school, I remember I tried to fit in with the "popular people." It didn't work - and I wasn't happy. Luckily, my true friends were there when I came running back to them. My advice to you is just to be yourself. You will find friends who like you for who you are - and you won't have to pretend to be someone you don't want to be.
Also, you're only 12. You don't need to be wearing make up... maybe a little lip gloss is all that you should do. Wear the clothes and shoes that you think are pretty. Paint your nails your favorite color, and wear your hair how you think it looks good.

The best thing is to join activites (groups) and talk to everyone. Don't seem stuck up and don't be a follower be a LEADER In short BE YOURSELF! People are attracted to that be a leader!!!!!!! Good Luck!
Clothes- just depends on what you like.
Shoes- Same answer
Nail polish- just depends
make up- keep it simple mascara, lip gloss, face powder (too much make up looks like your trying to hard)
You won't find yourself until you go to school but be open to everything as far as school groups go!

Being popular in school is not everything. If you need material things to make someone like you, then why do you want them to be your friend? I think it's better to not be in a clique and just get along with everyone. You will probably make more meaningful friends by getting along with everyone that being in just one crowd. Everyone thinks that you need a certain "look" or attitude to be popular, but popularity isn't everything. People should like you for you, not what you wear. Good luck in middle school! Make lots of friends!

Concentrate on good grooming, keep your hair brushed, use deodorant. Use good manners, be kind and thoughtful. Listen intently and patiently when someone talks to you. Get active, fill your day with activities like sports or band or whatever you're interested in. People will be attracted to you if you are confident, involved, and caring. All the rest is just window dressing.

I'm in middle school.I'm going in the eighth grade.All I have to say is be yourself.Don't be fake.If you're going to wear makeup wear no more than mascara and lipgloss.As for clicks be the leader and not the follower and be friendly because there IS carma.And try not to make mean slambooks since youll get into trouble.As for 'boys' ignore them.Most of them arent even interested in girls yet.

Why popular girls are always the ones that are labeled and they are very mean to the not so popular people do you want to be mean and snobby to other people??? I wasnt popular in school but I had a lot of friends because I was myself not someone who acted fake

Hi Kaley - it all depends on where you go to school. What is popular in Arizona may be "weird" in North Carolina. The best thing you can do is be yourself and treat everyone the way you want to be treated.

being popular isnt everything. in middle school it doesnt matter. Im just leaving middle school and all the popular ppl were shallow jerks. Be careful and dont try to be something your not.
