I have... I told my mother I was molested by my uncle ...her brother when I was a child and she didn't believe me .... we stopped speaking bu only for a while ...neither of us said sorry it just let it be water under the bridge ... and we never bring up the subject

It really depends on the kinda fight you had with your mother. I think your best bet would be to say your sorry first cuz she is your mother. A mothers love is the nicest gift in life and you shouldnt fight with her but not everyone is perfect so I think you should try saying your sorry first and then go out and do something together

Truthfully, about a year ago, me and my mom got into a big fight. I never told her I was sorry, and she didn't either. I was on summer vacation, so I left and went to my grandmas, and only came home for more clothes. Sometimes you just need a break from each other, after that, when I finally decided to come home, everything was back to normal.

try to compromise with her. Tell her sorry for fighting with her and try to get along with her as much as possible because she isn't going to live forever. You don't want to regret anyhting when that time comes and you can't say you are sorry.

It depends. I am 28 and last summer me and my mother had a huge falling out. I waited for her to apologize. When I was younger, I usually apologized but not now that I am grown.
