I've had two consecutive miscarriages due to endometriosis.
If you're asking in the sense of, has she had a miscarriage in the past, there's really no way to know unless she tells you.
If you're asking because you think she might be at risk for one or is having one, by the time you miscarry, there may be enough pregnancy hormone to be detected by a pregnancy test, and if she isn't bleeding too heavily, it can confirm if she was indeed pregnant. She will need to clean herself thoroughly to keep from contaminating the test.
If she has already had a positive pregnancy test, it could have been a false positive because of a number of medicines, both perscription and over the counter can cause a false positive.
To know for SURE, she needs to go to the doctor and have an exam done. Otherwise, it's all circumstantial evidence.

The typical symptoms of a miscarriage are heavy bleeding, sharp pains, and severe cramping. The only way to know for sure is to go to a doctor and get her examined. Sometimes women who have a healthy pregnancy bleed a little and cramp a little so only a doctor will know for sure.

She will bleed a lot, have cramps, is likely to be sad and depressed and needs to go to the doctor to make sure all tissue is out of her. If it isn't, it can cause an infection. Take her to the doctor.

what is the real issue here? medical? she should see a doctor. trust? maybe this relationship is not for you. i would also urge that you practice safe sex as well as birth control. good luck to you both.

if she is pregnant and spotting/bleeding she needs to get to a doctor SOON and he or she will be able to tell her if she has miscarried or not.
