Assuming that this is your wife and you are trying to get pregnant, I would suggest that you try to have sex on her most fertile days of the month (usually between the 7th and 20th days of her menstrual cycle). Everyone is different, but that is a good rule of thumb. If you prefer the missionary position, prop up her bottom with a pillow. That will give things a better angle.

You might also have your wife take a little Robitussin before having sex. It thins out all of the mucus membranes (even "down there"). This was a suggestion that was given to a friend of mine by an OB-Gyn when she was having trouble getting pregnant.

Have you been tested? If you've been trying for a while without any luck -- I would suggest that you get a sperm test to make sure that your little guys are swimming and that they aren't dying out prematurely. Your doctor can explain the results to you and may be able to give you some other suggestions to help increase your chances of conceiving.

If all is well, it may just take time. My husband and I tried for over a year, but eventually, we did get pregnant. Sometimes, you just have to relax and stop worrying about it. Stress can make things worse.

there are better possibilitys of gettin a woman pregnant when she is in the ovulation period if she have regular menstruation piriods every 28 days then whait until she pass her period count from there on 14 days then at that time she will be in the ovulation period and thats the better time to get her pregnant ok good luck

Engage in sex in the doggie posistion. That way the sperm will already be running downhill so to speak.

But first you need to find a women who wants to get pregnant. Most women do not want to get pregnant that just sometimes happens.
