DC (Detective Comics) is the publisher of Superman and Batman. Dell Comics was a different publisher that specialized in movie tie-ins, Walt Disney, and other funny animal books from 1938 to 1973.

Dell did mostly licensed properties during its existence.
DC is where you will find Superman, Batman, etc.
Spiderman is a MARVEL comics character. and the Book of the Mormon is available from the Church of the Latter Day Saints out of Utah.
