Has a final verdict been given in the "sherry enema" case from TX?

In early 2005/late 2004, a woman named Tammy Jean Warner from Lake Jackson, TX was indicted for murder for giving her husband an enema with sherry. I haven't heard the outcome of this case in the news; has there been a final verdict?

It doesn't look like she's been convicted of anything yet. I can't find anything about her actually being sentenced for anything, only charged. And it doesn't mention it in this report but I believe she was released on bail.
