all of my secured debts have been paid, but the trustee is holding some of my money. the unsecured debts are still there but no payments have been made to them, the only thing left to pay appears to be $60 to the attorney. Will the trustee mail me a check for the difference?

While the trustee or your attorney should be able to tell you definatively, Generally in Bankruptcy, an amount is placed in trust to pay debts. The secured debts are paid first and then unsecured creditors are paid with the remaining amount, usually they must negotiate with the trustee for some amount less than the full value and this process can take some time. Usually, those unsecured creditors that will take a smaller % as payment in full and write of the rest will be paid first.

Hope this helps, again I would say ask your Trustee or lawyer what the situation is.
