It is a possibilty that the baby is laying in a way that is pinching nerves in your back this could cause leg pain. Tell your doctor what is going on.

Two possibilities: pinched nerve, or extra weight. The first can be solved -- the second, unfortuantely, is one of those fun little things about pregnancy you'll learn to put up with.

If you have cramps (charlie horse) in your leg you need triple calcium. If it's pain that goes down your leg from back to front this it is probably your siadic nerve the baby is laying on.

If they're stiff and achey, it's likely water retention. Try cutting back on salt, getting a little exercise daily, and elevating your feet while you're sitting down.

your circulation is centered around the baby, might be asleep. or you could be gaining and putting pressure on an old wound.
