I think you've taken the first step by getting this burden off your chest by venting. Next seek help from family or friends or husband to take care of the kids long enough for you to do personal hygiene and rest to get over your illness.
Going at this rate will only get you sicker and more irritable toward others.
If no one is available to bail you out tell your hubby that you're going to hire a babysitter so that you can get better.
I sure hope you the best and my thoughts are with you.

It sounds like you have your hands full. You and your hubby are probably not getting along because you have no time for each other. Don't push the kids on him the minute he walks in the door. My sister use to do that, they aren't together anymore. Give him 15 min to unwind.
Your Dad, I'm so sorry about that, however it's amazing how fast they recover from that surgery these days.
Your parents: Why are you not getting along with them? If you have to, let that part of your life go for a couple months and get your family in a better place.
Hire a sitter for a 2-4 hours. Even if you stay home, go take a bath, get some house work done, or go get your hair done. It's summer, there must be some teens that would love a few extra bucks, and if they want even more money tell them to do a couple chores.
Do you have any sisters that could help you?
Being sick can take alot out of you, let alone if they've been sick too. All this will pass.
Take a DEEP Breath, Smile, Look at your beautiful kids, Exhale and again.
It WILL get better, you just have to get over this hump.

Take a deep breath. I can understand how you feel. I have 2 kids of my own and I have my niece. I would make that 20 month old take a nap and hopefully, you can get the baby to sleep 2. It won't always be this crazy with ur 2 kids. Trust me I have felt this way and sometimes still do. I get on my thread mill it seems to help. Talk to ur neighbors or if you have a sister or friend. I would ask them to watch ur baby so you can take a nap. A lot of people would love to watch a 1 month old. I know I would. Just count when you feel like you are going to lose it. That's what I do. Trust me though, it won't always be like this....things could always be worse. That's the way I look at it! Good luck and find some how to get some time for ur self!

Janet.. I know how tough things get. I am not in the same boat as you but I have had a lot of changes recently and sometimes I feel I have no one to turn to. It is also tough because you want someone to listen and not judge you based on what you say or how you feel. I have vented here and looked for help w/difficult situations and people just judge you rather than understand. It comes down to unless you are in the person's shoes and experienced all they are feeling you can't judge but you can listen and make suggestive helpful tips if that is what someone is looking for.
I am more than willing to be someone to listen to you if that is what you are looking for! (message me through here and then I can send you my personal mail).. If not, I wish you all the best!

Dear Janet,
You need to seek a counselor, minister, priest, anyone to whom you can open up to relieve some of the stress. You should ask your husband to take a vacation day so you can breathe, shower, go to a spa and get a massage, go for a run, something.
Hang in there. I am sure things will improve. You are undergoing alot, and you have my respect.
