What Is so great about being a star?

Stars commonly are extroverts or exhibitionists, although a lot of shy people use acting as a mode of expression that they wouldn't otherwise dare to do. Some people's egos are enormous, and star power feeds and propels them to do things that feed and support those egos. Someone said of Jerry Lewis, that he was always falling into the pool or spilling something or saying something stupid because he loved to make people laugh, and added, "and if no one laughed, Jerry was one sick and dejected puppy."

I used to love that song by Dr. Hook and the Medicine Show, as one line said, "There's no thrill like the thrill that'll get you when you get your picture on the cover of the Rolling Stone." Some people live for that feeling.

There are a few good things about being a star.
1)Most likely you will make a lot of money and become rich
2) You get publicity and become famous and people love you
3) You get free stuff from famous expensive designers
4) You can have almost anything you want - A big house, shopping sprees, expensive cars, etc.

But there are bad things like annoying paparazzi and tabloids that make up stories about you. But come on if you are making millions, does it really matter?
