Or my personal favorite: Ctrl+down arrow or ctrl+right arrow. Takes you to the very last cell humanly possible on an Excel spreadsheet (row 65536, column IV).

on the top of the spreadsheet at the formular bars, there's a 'name box' , it indicates which cell you are in; just key in the cell u want to go to and press enter - you are there.
