I am not a doctor but in my opinion:
Exercise could help with weight loss but it would be more full body and not just chest exercises. Exercise in general would also help the muscles that support the area which in turn could help with back pain and such. Exercise would also help to firm what is there but again would probably only provide size reduction from a stand point of overall weight loss. If you were ok before the weight gain then I would suggest working to loss the weight (not an easy thing) but a much better alternative to surgery of any kind.
Best of Luck to you.

Diet modification eat more healthy, walk or cycle start at say 1/4 mile then 1/2 the then 1 mile then 3 miles then 5 and finally ten.
If you cycle you should be able to cover 10 miles in 1 hour or less and you are touring your neighborhood. Also drink lots of water and I mean a lot you will sweet a lot at first like you were in a rain storm. After about 2 months you should be sweating less and should have lost 10 to 20 pounds. ***** sporting goods sells bikes 21 speeds from 100 and up.

On diet. Try not to have bread, but meat and dairy food is ok. When you are hungry, try drinking a lot of water. When I was depressed years ago, I did not even want to eat and lost alot of weight. When I recovered from depression, I followed what I just suggested and keep the weight pretty well.
Exercise. It is very important, but I did not realize. As the weight loss, i lost boobs muscles as well. It is very discouraging especially for any one aged above 40. I wish I had exercised a bit. I still have the boobs size, but not at the right place. :<.

Weight gain in the breasts is directly correlative to the weight gain in your body...so if you want to lose the breasts you gotta lose the weight. I'm sure you can do some pectoral exercises to firm up your breasts, but I don't know if it will necessarily reduce the size of them.
Also, buy a "minimizer" bra. They can take you down a size or two.

The best recourse for you is to try to lose overall body weight; the breasts are generally the first thing to go. Pectoral exercise will firm underlying muscle tissue but will not reduce actual breast size.

Surgery is the only way.Get breast reduction In India if cost is a factor for you.Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.
I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible.
As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India.
my cousin got her breast reduction/liposculpture/buttoc... lift surgery in India through the forerunners healthcare.she is more than very happy with the results.she just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise fore this forerunners healthcare company.i personally have seen the wondeful results and am particularly impressed with the kind of quality care she got from this company.

exercise which works out your pectoralis and sterno-clydo mastoid muscles witll reduce your chest size....(upper body exercise in other words) do some cardio exercise...light jogging for about a mile or so then lift some weights. bench press, pull ups and curls exercise those muscles and burn fat from those areas...so it should help to reduce your size without exercise.

If you lose weight...the excess fat from your breast will go away as well. Excercise and eat right and if your really desperate for a quick fix, just put masking tape over them when you don't want them to look so big when you wear certain clothes.
