Most certainly. Especially if the tube is the wrong type for enriching uranium, but IS the right type for making missiles. Oh, and the joke's on them anyway, as plutonium is already radioactive and doesn't need to be enriched; unlike uranium, which isn't particularly dangerous in its natural state. So they're wasting their time while possibly radiating themselves.

Keep up the good work busting those tube-terrorists, Rocketman. But don't forget to check for any drone airplanes they might have. Remote controls are the tools of terrorists.
