Can I e-mail a song from my computer to my cell phone?

yes and no...if you have a phone which opens full attachements or have access to a service which sends MMS (multimedia messages) you can send it via email or messaging to your phone. If not, unless you have a data cable or if you phone and desktop have bluetooth adapters, you are out of luck...

yes, with some phones you can. It depends on your phone and your service. It can be very expensive so be careful. I would suggest checking with your service first.
