There's my ex husband in a nutshell. He complains and then I ask him, "So who did you vote for then?". It shuts him up every time.

Your argument can be used against you. How do YOU know what the founding fathers wanted? I know because I have read. This country was started on the principle that all people should be able to vote. There are many quotes from Ben Franklin that urge people to vote. I can't vote because I'm only 15. But I sure as **** would if I could. And if you think you could make a better president than those already on the ballot, then run yourself. That's another principle. That anyone can run. So run in the 2008 election, on the Green platform. See how many people vote for you. I dare you.

Well, even though I do agree, technically they still have the right. I think they are ignorant for doing so, though. What bothers me as well is when my mother in law is a Kerry supporter for a while, then she attends a Bush campaign rally with a friend and becomes pro-Bush, and then complains about him two weeks after the election. Why did you want a change, then you didn't, then you do again? I'm not saying that I didn't like her voting for Bush, just I don't like her changing her mind and complaining like that just two weeks after she voted for the man. As far as non-voters, I agree, they should keep their mouths shut if they didn't try and help make the change.

Everyone has the right to complain. The right to vote, includes the right to NOT VOTE. If I don't like either candidate, why should I vote? I am only helping to make our country worse by contributing my vote. Until we get a good candidate who will stop this invasion of our country by illegal immigrants, I choose none of the above. That is my right and it does not remove my right concerning voting. I have the right to vote or not vote !!!

First of all, how do you know what our founding fathers wanted? That is only your opinion.
I would have voted if there was someone to vote for. I refuse to vote for anyone that is not capable. That is the freedom of my choice to choose an alternative.
If all you want to do is complain about someone in a position, then volunteer to play that position or STFU.
Again, my vote would not count becuase if I voted for Kerry, then we would be complaining about Kerry instead. Where is my freedom of choice now?

The election system is corrupt you didn't vote for the President the Political Parties and the Electoral College decided who would be King. You only THINK you voted for the President. Take the rose colored glasses off and you won't participate either. Voting in a corrupt election only gives it credibility and reinforces the corruption.

many human beings imagine he cheated. the clarification they imagine that's because contained in the first election they threw out bags of votes, did not reinstate peoples rights to vote. contained in the second one election they felt the machines were rigged or hacked to make it look like W had received. The 40 9% of people who voted antagonistic to him sense he takes america of america and the international down the incorrect song. He has created a wide deficit that you received't ought to pay off - yet your children will. He has made the international a extra risky position, there at the instantaneous are extra terrorists than in the previous 9/11. And he makes a foul mirrored image on Christ. He has spread hatred, which his Bible says is incorrect. He has extra divided human beings of religion. and many human beings at the instantaneous are not drawn to Christianity because they sense that Christians might want to all be like Bush, and maximum (ok 40 9%) of people do not favor to be like Bush.
