flu and labour?

ive heard that at the end of your pregnancy you cant get a flu and get sick because your immune system is so high. is this true that you cant get sick??

It is both true and false. You are able to get sick in the last trimester, but it is much less likely. Typically your body is at its healthiest during this phase, but if a nasty bug is going around, that alone will not prevent you from catching it. You still need to take good care of yourself during this time.

not sure if it's true or not, but i'm 38 weeks and am getting a slight cold... could just be chance though.
