Work out your brain. Indeed, your brain is just another muscle in your body, and with proper amounts of mental exercises, you can strengthen your brain. But if you're talking about amnesia, then please consult a physician or any other licensed health specialist right away because this is not good. Other than that, memorize more...keep your brain working and if all else fails, go to Walgreens and ask for any kind of OTC medicine that may help treat your condition. But some medicine, though effective, requires a doctor's note first so visit your doctor first. Don't worry too much about it. Give it some rest and then work it out. It will do your brain and yourself some good once you start seeing results, such as renewed memory abilities and remembering forgotten things.

memory loss is not an attribute of a healthy person, but it might be body balances, ions, electrolytes or deficiencies of just vitamins.
if not all that, cannabinoid from cannabis,and some more hallucinogens might have a similar effect.
