I just don't understand why people have to talk about other people to make themselves feel better. I usually get a high from doing a good job and getting a little praise from it. What about you?

Honestly i think everyone judges at least one person in their lifetime. It has happened as a child when you didnt want to play with another child, Children can be judgemental too. Or maybe now as your older you want to sit by a person caus he looked drity or something. Stereotyping counts too like or me if i go into a small ill always be followed bucause people percieve me as being no good or a problem because of how i dress or talk but im not. For a black person I think i find myself to be very intellectual and I have high morals. looking at me you couldnt tell but im sure if you saw mw on the streetor in a store somewhere you would think a bad girl but honestly im not. i go to an all black school where the boys most people dont trust turned out to be the sweetest people in the world, like when they offered to help me with my wheel chair i can say i judged them bein my first year in a "black " school

Bascially I think people judge because they have nothing else to do or they re just mean hateful

The more confidence you cultivate within YOURSELF, the less you will be concerned with what other people think of you and the less it will hurt when others criticise, label or judge you. Do a good job for the joy of doing a good job - not to earn praise from others. I used to be where you are now. It takes time to cultivate your own confidence, but the peace of mind you get from it is totally worth it.

I am just like you and I look down on people who put other people down. I had to tell this one lady at work, that she was not perfect or rich and didn't have the best of nothing to be talking about other people and what they like, where they liked to shop or eat! She got offended and accused me of calling her to good for everyone. But I tell her, I call it like I see....and if I agree with you and don't say anything about the situation then I might turn into you and I so much better than that cuz I don't let people bring me or my self-esteem down.

It is rare that long distance relationships work out, Sorry but some one had to tell ya that. Unless you stay completely connect it will probably not work out.
