Liberals seem to be obsessed with sex. When ever I read answers to the left's leading questions about the President you get at least one (usually many more than that) that either questions his sexual preference or suggests that he is cheating on Laura (no evidence just accusation typical huh)

just kidding.... I have not observed this on anything but the fringe elements of the liberal movement. And if I recall correctly, conservatives bashed Hillary Clinton much harder than Laura Bush... and they actually tried to remove Clinton from office over sex.

I doubt seriously if very many people from the left ever equate Bush with sex, except in a joking manner.
I'm not a Liberal but the last image I want in my head is an image of our president having sex with anyone.

I've never encountered that either. Most of what they say I think is stupid and unfounded but I never heard those actual accusations other than yesterday some guy just finally caught on to the Dick-Bush connection...

We liberals may joke, but Bush's lame policies (the deficit, Iraq, corruption, Plamegate, etc.) give us more than innuendo about his name or whatever. We liberals just like to joke more tham you stodgy old Conservatives.
