I only got 1 answer so far on the other questions so...My 12 year old daughter has a kidney/UTI infection. We have called the doctor and since she has been on anibiotics so much lately fo other reasons,he does not want her on any more unless it is realy nessesary witch right now he thinks it is not. Besides Yogert,Cranberry juice,Water and Bathes what else can she do to make it go away quicker?

it sounds like youve already got it covered. get her to drink lots and lots and lots of cranberry juice.

I don't think that there is anything else you can do to make it go away quicker. And if the UTI is bad enough cranberry juice, and water will not make it go away. I had the same thing about 1 month ago and I got put on some antibiotics. Its just 3 pills and within 3 days it is gone. I personally think that she needs to go on antibiotics. Hope it goes well.

It takes time for these problems to go away. Go on to a medical webiste such as the ones at the bottom to see if there are anymore remidies for her.

Alka Seltzer! It sounds funny but it works. Just regular plain old Alka Seltzer, have her drink it just like it says on the box

Sneak the pill into food. It is the best. If you want your child to get better you should have her take her pill.
