As we know that cricket is a funny game. Anything can happened in the game, how good the player you are? Imran farhat need not to be ashamed by himself. Some times it happens with the great plays too, So in my opinion he should have taken that catch, but he didn't . Its a part of game we have to accept it.

yes he should voluntaruly take a break from the slips
he shud practise at the nets then only comeback to slips after regaining confidence
