If you are in a constant state of worry about breaking up, then perhaps there is something that is not right in the relationship, or you are not ready (emotionally) for a commitment on that level. Where you in a long term relationship that did not work out?? IF you were you need to remember that this guy is not the one that hurt you and remember If you are constantly looking around the corner for the bad to happen eventually it will.

Have a bit of faith and strength; otherwise, YOU may be the one who does something regrettable.
While we were still married, my now-ex-wife was constantly worrying that we would break up for no reason other than insecurity. I kept assuring her that I would not cheat or leave. Guess what? We did break up. SHE started cheating on me.

You need to stop stressing, believe me when that time comes and I'm not saying it will but you will know if it is time to break up or not.
