It was awesome when it still had ephedrine in it!! Ever since then it's only good as a temporary energy booster. That being said, Hydroxycut is no better or worse than the other brands like Stacker 2 or Xenedrine. Same ****..different bottle.

It works, but not safely. I have heard people say it's like a drug - easy to start, hard to stop. You actually go through withdrawls when you try to come off of them, and you build up a tolerance, so you have to keep taking more. They will interupt your sleep and make you shaky. So, I don't really think it's worth the side effects.

I was thinking about getting it.I dont beleive in many over the counter weight loss products..There is no substitute for a healthy diet and exersize

I TAKE HYDROXYCUT AND EAT WHAT I WANT AND STILL MAINTAIN AND LOSE. SO IT DOES WORK
