Well if you were tanning and got burnt then that is why they are so itchy (it sux i kno! i just recently got over it!) try putting lotion on it, because everytime you scratch it damages your skin and can cause you to blead if you scratch too deep and that can give you an infection. put some soothing lotion on it. it will calm things down.
you could also be having an allergic reaction with the material in your bra. If it only itchs when you where that same bra, then i would toss it and go get a new one, but pay attention to the material in the last bra. You dont want to buy another one made out of the same material. oops! that would totally suck! lol

It could just be dry skin, Try a lotion, something for sensitive skin. I get that way in the winter. Also drink lots of water.

You can use coco butter or fragrance-free lotion and they may be itchy because your skin is dry or you might be pregnant.

My mother always said that when your breasts itch that's a sign of them growing, I just hope you're not up in age because if so, then I don't know what it is

I've always had a reaction to certain material a bra is lined with....that's why I never wear bras anymore.

maybe it's your detergent or you're having an allergic reaction to the underwire in your bra.
