Short sleeve shirts and shorts and sandles. Try using a small spray bottle filled with water to keep you cool. Plenty of ice, Cool drinks, lots of swimming. You can take a couple of rags and soak them and stick them in the freezer to use later on your neck or chest, or the middle of your back. Or if your inside your house good cool air, a floor fan...that's about all I know... :O)

Put a wet washcloth in the freezer in the shape of a U. Place it around your neck, pressing to the back of your neck. The blood that flows in and out of your brain is cooled, thus cooling the rest of you.

Get a spray bottle and fill it with cold water. Spritz the water on your face, arms and legs, and sit in front of a fan. You will cool down instantly!! In fact, you'll probably be cold!

Take a new spray botttle and put cold water in it. Add a little of your favorite moisturizer to it and shake. Then spray yourself all day. If you are going to be in the sun, then make sure you use a water-proof sunscreen.

Stay inside.HAve cool drinks and eat a lot ice and ice-cream.And also, try to put ice on your haed and do not forget to sit in the refrigirator!
