I like City of Villains a bit more, but I'm disappointed that we still can't beat up on random people.

I liked the villain concept a lot and think the new "trash the city" mission idea is cool...
... but I ended up playing as a hero most of the time. For some reason, I just really like Paragon City. I only have one villain near the level 30 mark, but I have a number of heroes 30+ higher.

I LOVE CITY OF HEROES!!! i think it's way better than CoV. Besides it's more fun to save the day!
