I haven't played with myself and never will but can a girl get herself pregnant?

Unless you put something into your vagina that has living sperm cells on it, you've got zero chance of being impregnated.
I find it sad, however, that you even felt the need to ask this question. I'd advise leaving this site and searching for a website *anywhere* that teaches you about the female anatomy and reproductive system.
