They have been going too far for several decades. Which is why the lost the House and Senate in 1994 and can't seem to get either back. It's why they lost the White House in 2000.

I may not like all the things the Republicans are doing in Congress, but until moderate and conservative Democrats get control of the Democratic party again I'll probably do more voting for Republicans for President than Democrats.

I don't think it is the democrats. This tirade the left wing special interest groups of the party has been on because they did not win an election and they cannot control normal people has caused the major divisions in this country. They have gone too far. Most democrats are normal people being caught up in the manipulation by the radicals to regain control.

We have a President who does whatever the hell he wants, including invading sovereign countries and spying on US citizens, he remains in office only because his party controls all branches of government with an iron fist, and you ask if Democrats have gone too far?? Ask me once the war crimes trial begins...I'll still say NO!!

Thank you leogirl for an unbiased response.

I think the extreme wings of both parties go too far. It's the nature of the political beast.

They have not gone far enough. They need to stoop to the level of the Bush Theocracy and then maybe some good changes will happen.
