i am getting a particular pop up indication of the disk clean up. so i want to block up that particular pop up

please help me getting out of this pop up thing .do u have any link that can clean up or scan that pc of mine.
but the primary concern is to disable the pop up and to stop it fromcoming

I recommend three pieces of software. Get them, install them, update them regularly and run them regularly (daily if possible.)

Spybot Search and Destroy
Adaware SE Pesonal
Microsoft Defender.

They shoud take care of most of your problems.
