I have a question about the Allegany County Jail or whatever they call it. Do they know what they are doing there? They all act really stupid. I have been trying to make a payment on a pre-paid collect call thing so my fiance can call me collect. And they have the right address and everything and my card isnt going through. I think they are idiots because they dont even listen to u about that you have called the bank and verified the address on the card and it the one i gave them.. so Im not sure what to think. Please Help!

They're perhaps not so much stupid as they are not accomodating. I'm sorry you're being treated in this way when you're already under stressful circumstances.
