The animated series has hinted at a possible relationship between Bruce (Batman) Wayne and Barbara (Batgirl) Gordon.
The comic books have established that Barbara and Dick (the first Robin/the first Nightwing) Grayson do have a history together, but their relationship is currently just at the "just good friends" stage again.
As for the rest, only time will tell, especially about the new Batwoman that just debuted in 52.
