that happens to me sometimes, not every month, but occaisionally. If it continues, I would ask your OB/GYN, could be something they want to look into, but if it's infrequent, I would say don't sweat it. Unfortunately we women get screwed by our bodies!

Well usally only one side (egg) ovulates each month so it's very common to feel the pains on diffrent sides each month. But I don't know having abdominal cramps so far ahead a time. That doesn't sound normal. But then again Im not a doctor. Maybe your period is coming early. Go see a doctor, it could be something more serious

Ever since I started to use Ortho-tri-cyclen I have been PMSing about a week before my period. I think some women have this naturally, and it's nothing to worry about. I don't think that what you eat has a big effect on that, but if you eat tuna it will help your pms symptoms. I read that in an article once and it works for me!

Yeah, since I gave birth to my son almost three years ago, my PMS has been worse and more prolonged.

I used to have sever headaches one week before I started and massive hormonal swings. Backaches, ab pain, you name it. When I had my hysterectomy I wrap all my leftover goodies in bows and gave them away...Free at last..Yippee
