Talking in your sleep is caused by disturbance during the REM phase of sleep. If you just began this, it will probably go away. If you have been doing this all your life, or if this is causing problems for you during the day, you might consider having a sleep study done. Good Luck !

Try hipnotise or drink warm tea/milk before sleep.
