I can fine the Sheridan County News but can not bring up the web site

I don't know why but Yahoo!Local has an entry for Sheridan County News and the website link takes you to CarbonCountyNews. Are these papers related some way?
Contacts for the paper have e-mail addresses that come from an Internet provider, not a newspaper's website.
I put the link from another answer in the sources below, that will allow it to be clicked and you can visit it. For some reason in the answer field the link was truncated and didn't allow clicking through. I find that the topix.net site has Sheridan County news, but no stories are from the Sheridan County News.
This paper may not have a website. It would be difficult to bring it up, if there were none! The last link below has the contact info, including Address, Phone, Fax and e-mail.
(Note: Circulation is 2,378, maybe they are waiting until they have a 5,000 circulation before they publish a website!)
