I have a Dell Insoiron 8000, and the power adapter broke. where can I get a new one for under 70 dollars

Go to http://www.ebay.com and do a search for your adapter. You can probably get one for under $30. Ebay is simple to use and you have several payment options in case one doesnt work out for you. Go to this link:

Try a Goodwill or Salvation Army store if you live in a major city. People dump those on charities when the laptop dies. I pick them up there for $5 each all the time.

Otherwise eBay is your best bet.

state voltage that it says near the jack, it the jack a unique shape, or just the circle that measures about .3 inches and has a small pin in the middle?
