you sound way too young to be asking such questions. fyi, a woman can get pregnant any time of month techinically speaking.

no you can get pregnant at any time if you do not use some form of protection during sex. Get some real information and do not rely on what your friends say and old wives tales for your sex education. The life you save will be your own

There are specific times of the month when women are more likely to get pregnant, which is what you probably have heard, but not during a woman's time of the month.

you actually ovulate at about 7-14 days during your menstrual cycle (but every woman is a little different) and you have to have an egg available in order to get pregnant, as well as sperm. sperm can live from 24 hours to three days inside a woman's uterus. so, if you have sex before you ovulate, but within three days, you can get pregnant. i'm not sure how long the egg is viable, but if you have sex at anytime while it is, you can get pregnant.
