Go ice skating, see a movie, go bowling, or go to Waterworld. They also sell discount tickets for amusement parks at places like Costco. Have fun!!

My experience is limited to girls....but they'd love a 'mini-spa' party with nail painting and 'make-overs'.
I've also done a 'chef's day'....at a local restaurant. It's kind of a tour of how a restaurant works, followed by them pitching in to make a simple meal (no sharp knives or playing with the deep fryer!) with the 'chef', set the table and take turns serving the different 'courses'.

Hotel Party with closet friends and pizza they'll feel important because they're in a hotel like "grown people". I may be good to invest with a hotel with a swimming pool for extra entertainment.

We had a gymnastics party for a 7-year old recently. An instructor walked them through a little bit of tumbling, it wasn't "real" gymnastics. The kids had a blast.
