Masturbation. It is nothing to be ashamed of everyone does it, well I wouldn't say everyone but you get my meaning. It is pleasurable and it will calm your urge for sex. and believe me, if you are under alot of stress, doing this will lift a weight off your shoulder, because when it starts flowing it is relaxing.
Of course, at the age of 34, I am passed the point of masturbating alone, my husband keeps me company. ; )

Mastrubate. And don't feel guilty about it. I was raised with guilt, as a Baptist. I thought God didn't want me to do it; that I was committing a sin. Like, if that were so, why were we given these body parts? How is it that there are millions of people on this earth? Boy, there sure were a lot of people sinning! I say it is better to mastrubate than to get pregnant or a disease. That would be a lifetime problem for you. The safest way to go is to mastrubate! I wish they had a better name for it though.

You can do masturbation to get relief. The other way is to focus on other things that bring joy to you. Either meditation or praying... but I doubt your sexual desire will be gone just by doing meditation, since we are created with sexual desire inside.

you could actually try imaging you ae having sex. But masturbating is still the best choice. Or better have someone to masturbate together with you , taht way you will feel even satisfy afetr doing it.
