i wanna get a tan expect without using sunbeds or just laying there in the sun. as for fake tan it makes me look orange which i dont want. what is the best bronzer to make your skin look a little like Rihannas skin tone?? also is it true if i put bronzer (the powder type) on every day my skin will go pale and bad???

I've never heard of the powder bronzer causing your skin to go pale..... but as for recommendations:
Like the other answer, Jergens makes good, inexpensive lotions for a glow, a shimmer, etc. A lot of skincare companies are starting to follow suit. I know that Dove, and Loreal also came out with skin color enhancing lotions that are skin-tone specific. These can be found at any target/walmart type store.
Loreal has - "Sublime Glow" and "Sublime Bronze" Glow is a skin enhancing lotion, while Bronze is a sunless tanning lotion.
Other products to try are body bronzing sticks/powders.
Urban Decay has awesome bronzers called "Baked" it comes in a stick to put on body, also in a powder compact to use on face and body.
Too Faced Cosmetics have great bronzers too called Caribbean in a compact - they come in different multi-shaded compacts. I use these personally and love them. since they have different shades, they blend well over most skin tones.
Benefit Cosmetics makes a Bronzing lotion called flamingo fancy.... it works well to really get you bronze....but it can get messy so you have to really rub it in, or else it will get on clothes, etc.

I know they have a lot of glow products out there, where, you get tan gradually.
