Im not quite sure what you are asking. I am Canadian, therefore (I assume) I am a national speaker of English, and I would love to learn Chinese-(my father is Chinese) though I neither speak, read, nor write any of the language. I always was interested in Chinese, and I wouldn't mind helping someone a little with English. I am pretty busy though, but I may have a little time.
